Although I live, work, and play mainly in the Huntington Beach community, I have helped many clients list their properties and purchase the right homes. I've lived on the coast for over 20 years and am considered the Beach Areas Specialist.
Known as "Surf City USA" Huntington Beach offers many amenities to both tourists and homeowners. Pacific City, Main Street, Dog Beach, State Beach, and Central Park to name a few. In the summer time, Huntington Beach is most known for hosting the annual U.S. Surf Open. The city is also an annual stop for the AVP beach Volleyball Tour. The very large Fourth of July parade has been an event here since 1904. Every Tuesday night throughout the year, families can enjoy Surf City Nights on Main Street. Surf City Nights is a community inspired event that features a farmers market, street performers, and kiddie rides. Huntington Beach is one of the few cities left on the west coast where you can still drive by and enjoy the ocean from Pacific Coast Highway.
Wedged into the westernmost corner of Orange County, Seal Beach is considered a hidden gem to many people in Southern California. It is home of the Boeing Headquarters, which is a major employer to Seal Beach residents. The city gets its name from the many seals that once frequented its beach front. Seal Beach is quiet community with quaint neighborhoods and hometown feels. Wide, sandy beaches are perfect conditions for surfing, kite surfing, and stand up paddle boarding.
